Antenatal Teaching

Attending antenatal classes means that you are prepared for what is going to happen during the labour and birth. You may choose to attend N.H.S. classes associated with your Health Centre; most are during the day, some have a class that partners can attend in the evening, or occasionally a 'Fathers' course. You could also attend National Childbirth Trust Classes which cater for couples and are during the evenings or at weekends. Attending classes also means that you are able to make a new network of friends going through similar experiences to you.

Whether you choose to go to classes or not, as a very experienced Advanced Antenatal Teacher I can also provide the preparation for labour, birth and parenthood in your own home.
